Batting Cages

For extended life of your batting cage, be sure to order the lead core rope option. This lead core rope is laced in the bottom mesh of your cage to hold down the sides and end while allowing the net to have the proper amount of play when hit by the ball. (Lead weight rope is approx. 20 pounds on the 70' cage.) Do not use steaks or landscape timbers to hold down your cage!
Designed for college or commercial use, these nets are made of 350 pound test nylon cord. Please refer to Space Saver Cages for lengths less than 50'.

All our batting cages are made with 100% Nylon Netting of 1 3/4" square mesh. All come with the appropriate size braided poly rope along each side and down the center. For proper installation, we recommend cross frames no further than 25 feet apart. Each of our cages come with rings or snaps properly spaced throughout the net as well as at the end of each rope. These cages also come treated with a special coating that not only protects it from the sun, but also gives it added abrasion resistance, and helps repel water so your cage will not droop when it rains.
